Follow the steps for your email client below.
Note: Templates must first be enabled under Settings → See all settings → Advanced → Templates → Enable.
1. Open Gmail and click Compose.
2. Paste the template into the body and add the subject line.
3. Click the three dots (bottom right of the compose window) → Templates → Save draft as template → Save as new template.
4. Give it a name, for example “Translation Request.”
5. Next time: click Compose → three dots → Templates and select it.
6. Click New Email.
7. Paste the template into the body and add the subject line.
8. Click File → Save as → Outlook Template (.oft).
9. Next time: go to New Items → More Items → Choose Form and select it from My Templates.
10. Compose a new email with the template content.
11. Go to File → Save as Stationery.
12. Next time: find it under File → New Message from Stationery.
